9 Uses For Apple Cider Vinegar You May Not Know About!
Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits and non-health related uses, commonly referred to as ACV. In cooking, you can substitute ACV for almost any other vinegar because of it’s mild flavour which has a hint of apple. For those that lead a natural and as chemically free life as possible, ACD can be used for cleaning, hair conditioning, skin care, pet care and much more
I have a mix of two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water twice a day and the results have been remarkable, such as immediate energy, better digestion, whiter teeth and glowing skin, just to name some
For best results it is recommended to use raw unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, my favourite brand is Bragg’s which you can buy in most grocery stores or online. The recommended dosage ranges from 1-2 teaspoons three times per day, but excess consumption may have damaging effects and never drink it straight up or it can damage the lining of your esophagus or your tooth enamel

About 50% of nail disorders are due to fungus. Fungus can’t grow in an acidic environment, this is where apple cider vinegar comes in, by increasing acidity and balancing the skin’s pH you will prevent fungus from growing and eventually kill it. To use, dip a cotton ball into ACV and apply to infected nails and let it dry. Repeat 4 times daily
Sore throat
Most germs can’t survive in an acidic environment. When you feel a sore throat coming on gargle with a solution of ¼ cup warm water and ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and gargle every one to two hours
