Turmeric Tea a Natural Liver Detox

In today’s world our food, water and air are all toxic, and it does not stop here, our personal care products are toxic and so are our cleaning products, the list is endless. Liver is one of the most important organs for detoxification, and when our liver is overworked or overburdened with toxins our body starts to accumulate toxins creating an acidic internal environment, and our health suffers

One of the most common symptoms of liver toxicity is chronic fatigue, irritability and depression. It is important to detox our liver, to reduce toxic load. A good start is eliminating processed food, eliminate alcohol, use more natural cleaning products and natural personal care products, reduce over the counter or prescription drugs, eliminate artificial sweeteners and drink plenty of filtered water. Also, you can use herbs and spices to help your liver detox naturally, and an excellent way to do this is with a tasty turmeric tea.

Turmeric is a powerful cleansing spice and adding turmeric to your diet will help detoxify your liver and aid in providing anti-inflammatory benefits. Turmeric tea is nature’s liver detox, but it does not end there. The delicious turmeric tea has been known to improve circulation, reduce bad cholesterol, cleanses and purifies the blood, improves skin complexion and eases symptoms of coughs and colds
