When it comes to gluten-free bagels most recipes are complicated and time consuming. For this gluten-free cinnamon raisin bagel recipe, all you need is one bowl and 5 minutes of prep time. I usually make the bagels the night before and toast them in the morning. Kids especially love bagels made with cinnamon and raisins.
