Preheat oven to 450 F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper

In a large bowl combine first 8 ingredients. Do not over mix the ingredients or the meatballs will become dry

Shape the meat mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place on a baking tray without touching. Bake for 10 minutes

While the meatballs are baking, in a small saucepan combine firecracker sauce ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat until the sauce comes to a boil. Set aside

After the meatballs have been baking for 10 minutes, generously brush each meatball with the firecracker sauce and bake for 5 more minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions
