Preheat oven to 450 F

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil paper then with parchment paper

In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat olive oil, 1/2 the parsley, butter, lemon juice, ginger, lime leaves, garlic, white pepper and 1/4 tsp. sea salt. Once the sauce starts to bubble, remove from the heat and cool to room temperature

Place sea bass on the parchment paper and lightly season with salt

Top with remaining parsley, green onions, and lemon slices. Spoon cooled sauce over the fish and wrap with parchment paper and then with foil

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 F

7.
To serve place fish on a warm platter and top with the sauce leftover from the fish
