Making soups is an easy way to feed your family healthy and hearty food. Good soups usually consist of fresh vegetables, herbs, spices and proteins, all the things that are so good for us, soups are also practical because you can make a big pot and freeze desired portions for other days. Most of the soup recipes I have created are quick and easy and because of the fresh ingredients and spices that are infused in the delicious broth, the soups have unique and delicious flavours. The good thing about making soups is, if you don’t have all the ingredients you can always improvise.
