Avery's Story

What inspired Avery to become a Dietitian & Plant based

Motivation to become a Dietitian:

I’ve always been fascinated by how effective food can be in alleviating, preventing, and promoting a wide range of emotional and physical ailments.

I’m excited to be able to support individuals as they take a holistic and nutrition-focused approach to wellness improvement. I think that eating can be a rewarding experience and a tool for achieving our objectives.

Motivation to become Plant-Based:

Being plant-based is in line with many of my core beliefs, particularly the significance of looking out for my health, the environment, and other living things.

I feel more in tune with myself and the rest of the world when I live this way, and I’m more conscious of the effects of my decisions. Every decision is a vote, and I choose to support the causes that are significant to me.
