In this high-speed mixer machine, the main shaft is directly driven to rotate by the motor through the belt wheel and the reduction box. The rotating blades with special shapes installed on the main shaft rotate accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material rises along the tapered wall of the fixed agitator tank to form a kind of swirl movement, for materials of different densities, it is easy to mix uniformly in a short time.

The time of dry mixing is 2 minutes, and the time of granulating is 1-4 minutes. Compared with the traditional process, it is 4-5 times more efficient.

In the same sealed container, dry mixing, humidity mixing and granulating can be completed. And we mainly use international brands such as ABB, Siemens or Schneider for electrical components. The whole operation of the mixing machine has strict safety and protective measures.
