Purified water will generate secondary steam heated by the steam in the boiler in the generator, and the toxin and bacteria in it will be removed, the process is also called pure steam.

How does a Pure Steam Generator work？

Industrial Electric Pure Steam Generator utilizes a falling-film type evaporator which produces pyrogen-free pure steam, using a unique separation technology. Feed water is continuously pumped to the top of the evaporator heat exchanger, heated by plant steam. Upon reaching the bottom of the column, the evaporated part of the feed water continues vertically up the riser space of the column and around spiral-shaped guides. These spiral guides induce a centrifugal action of the steam to remove impurities and the remaining moisture is stripped off from the steam and leads to draining. When condensed, the pure steam will meet Water-for-Injection standards.
