This Labeling Machine for Round Bottle is used for labeling round bottles, square bottles, cans, jars, boxes or cylindrical objects. It supplies labels with dynamic synchronous tension control. The supply is stable and fast, ensuring the speed of label delivery and labeling accuracy.

Working Principle of Labeling Machine for Round Bottle

Put the bottles into the conveyor system (or auto bottle ordering machine is optional), and the conveyor will transport the bottles to labeling station. There is an automatic sensor equipped with the automatic bottle labeling machine that will sense the passed bottle and provide feedback to PLC. The PLC gets the signal, then provides feedback to the step motor, the step motor supplies the label to the rotation pressing roller which makes the labeling process.
