Description of Wet Granulator

The whole process consists of two programs including mixing and granulating. Powder material can be charged into the material pan from the conical hopper and continues to rotate in the container under the action of the mixing blade once the hopper is closed. In the meanwhile, all material is sent up the shape of the liquid bridge under continuous effects of the conical wall.

• Adopted frequency speed adjustment to control the stirring blade and cutter, easy to control the size of particles.
• With the rotating shaft hermetically filled with air, it can prevent powders from compacting.
• With the structure of a conical hopper tank, all materials can be in the uniform rotation. The tank is laid with an interlayer on the bottom, in which the water-cooling circulation system, featuring a higher thermostatic performance than the air cooling system, is furnished. This leads to improving the quality of particles.
• It is easy to operate with the automatic lifting of the pan cover, the tank outlet matching with a drying device, and a self-equipped arm-ladder.
• A lifting system with a paddle is more beneficial for cleaning paddies and pot bodies.
