Product Description

This machine adopts a double sowing station, which has obvious improvements over an old type machine, in terms of sowing speed, mold replacement, filling and maintenance. For capsule locking station, it adopts pneumatic control and an automated locking system to save labor time.

The machine has an installed safety door device at the dialling station. When a safety door is open, the equipment cannot run. In the powder filling station, a visual window is added to observe the powder loading level. A blocking board is installed above the locking station to avoid accidents when a turned-over lock. A capsule tray placement rack is added on the right side of the device for easy application.
