A super healthy Cherry Chia Jam made in minutes. This jam is all about cherries and healthy chia seeds. It is lightly sweetened with pure maple syrup and with an added zest of fresh lemon juice.

Most store-bought jams are packed with sugar and sometimes colour and harmful additives. This jam recipe is super easy to make and is made without refined sugar. But even more importantly, this cherry jam is made with chia seeds, making it more nutritious.

Chia is well known to be a superfood, containing healthy omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. This delicious jam takes only 5 minutes of prep time, and 10 minutes of cooking time best of all you control the sweetness. Serve with gluten-free crusty French Baguette, in yogurts or add to smoothies.
