SED-LZH Series automatic vertical cartoning machine is engineered to form, tuck and close chipboard cartons.
The vertical case erector is suitable for packaging products that can be supplied by gravity, and which are sold by weight or volume. Such as rice, grain, dry pasta, etc.
How Does an Automatic Vertical Cartoner Work?
Different from the horizontal cartoner, a vertical carton packaging machine will pick up a single piece from a stack of folded cartons and then get it to stand up straight, or erect. The continuous motion cartoner will fill it with a product or a number of products vertically through an end that is open, mostly from the top of the machine, and then close it by tucking an end flap of the carton or putting on glue or adhesive. Automatically detects and rejects if lacking leaflet or product and finished product out.
Working steps are as follows:
leaflet fold (1-4 folds) -> feeding -> leaflet detecting -> carton opening and forming -> pushing products and leaflet into carton -> printing batch number -> sealing carton with tuck -> in or hot melt glue device
