The Automatic bottle capping machine is an automatic capping machine that can press lids on bottles. It’s especial designed for automatic packing lines. Different to the traditional intermittent type capping machine, this machine is a continuous capping type.

The Working Process of Oral Liquid Bottle Capping Machine

The Automatic bottle capping machine consists of two parts: capping and lid feeding. It works as follows: Bottle input (can be joint with auto packing line) → Convey → Separate bottles and bottle spacing → Lift lids → Put lids on bottles → Push lids → Bottle output/collection.

Compared to intermittent capping, this machine is more efficient, presses lids on more tightly, and does so with less harm to the lids. Now it’s widely applied in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries.
